8th of August:

Went to school around 7 plus to do our make-up.. Changed to our costumes and we practised once in the dance studio before heading to the backstage.. The kids as usual having a race as celebration for National Day and this is exactly the same as last year.. It's the cultural performance time: Chinese dance...Indian Dance and lastly.. International Dance - Tension.. Upon looking at the audience reaction, they look weird as they found our dance scary.. Yup, but that's the point as our's suppose to be as if we were fighting against one another.. And it's all over within minutes and I will miss all my dance seniors.. They RAWKS!! Went to the dance studio to remove makeup and quickly change and headed to the hall for community singing.. St. Elizabeth won again!! Watched the NDP journey done by Miss Teh.. It was so nice.. Thank You.. Some NDP girls also performed the dance.. Finally, the celebration ended and we went back to our homeroom.. Got our gift and back to the dance studio.. Went to wash my face and back to the dance studio to wait for the audition.. Miss Bibiana came and she taught us the movements.. Damn tired and I almost collapsed.. Thank goodness I didn't... I thought I did horribly in that audition but was shocked that I got in.. Weird right?!?! After dance practice, we helped to carry the ndp bags into the hall, it's heavy!! After that, went to Natalie's house to swim.. After that, we played badminton and finally I went back home..

9th of August:

Walked to school and reached there at 11.59an sharp.. Break record!! Took attendance and started practising in the hall.. Mr Ricky Sim came.. Dance our item for a few times and then did finale.. Watched the clip done by Miss Teh and I was so touched.. Mr Ricky Sim prepared a speech the day before for us and he cried.. OMG, so sad.. and Mrs Elan helped him to finish what he wants to say.. I cried too.. Then we sang and left for Marina Bay.. Went to our holding area and as usual, headed to the Milo van for drinks.. Took photos with friends and later on went to do make-up.. Did my eyeshadow and then lipstick.. Waited for Amni and the others and we went around taking pictures with teachers and Mr Sim.. Later on, we had our dinner (KFC).. It was oily.. Went to the toilet and back to our holding area.. Talk to dharshiney, monica and rachelle about teacher's day then back to the holding area to change.. At 6.30pm, we set off to prepare to preform and along the way, we saw many people sitting by the road.. Played games with the same group of people and in a sudden, I had leg cramps.. Thank goodness it was not serious.. Minutes to performance..Kit Chan smiled and wave to us.. Felt excited and we cheered for ourselves and headed to the floating platform... Green City... Chij St.Joseph's Convent and Kit Chan... There's no place I rather be.. The fountain, the people, the crowd, the three red fellows!! It was really fun dancing on the floating platform and we ended with a pose.. Singa.. Off we go!! Use the side bridge to get back to the area.. Heard the teacher's cheering and we had some drinks and took our clappers! Finally, it's finale.. We hold our hands and walk to the stage.. Crab.. Ballet, Singa, Warrior, Tai-chi and the song: Will You!! Fireworks.s.s. The effect was amazing!! We had the after parade party and eveyone is so high.. We played, we screamed, we danced and the 6 months effort ended here.. Back to the holding area and we cheered for the teachers, our instructor, the army officers and us.. Back to school and our grp is the first to reach.. 1st time huh!! Waited for Pamela and Home Sweet Home!!! This is thus the end of my NDP 2007 Journey!!
