Went out with Doro, Ee Seuu, Shi Han, Rachelle and Rena.. We went taka..had lunch at breek's cafe then headed to kinokuniya for books.. I realised that I am a weird girl.. I actually went to the crime/mystery section to look for books.. Saw Nat and Jacintha, she say I wear oversized clothes.. She has been knocking my knee for a few time.. Argh~ Rachelle, Shi Han and Doro bought ice-cream. We wanted to watch a movie but end up taking at Shaw House.. Headed to Borders at Wheelocks.. We saw this book which was so interesting. It was full of people's secrets.. WHOO!! Rachelle and Rena left early and we headed to Lucky Plaza for Hor Fun, Yummy!! At 6pm, Shi Han, Doro and I went PS Times to buy books.. Haha.. Home Sweet Home!!

Went school for Geog lessons at 8am.. So damn tired!!

I took 4 hrs to pack my study room.. now it's sooooooo NEAT!! YAY=)

Had Geog lessons at 8am.. Took my CCA records and went with Karissa for Mac Breakfast.. Yummy but seriously, they should add more seats.. Now blogging.. I am so damn happy cause I completed 4 sets of papers, it was an miracle..

Last Day of school for term 2..

After the chinese programme, I did make some improvement. However, I realised that if I really do not understand the passage, I will do badly for the paper.. Must make sure my 3 students do well for chinese, or else I will come after them.. I finally achieved 40/50 for my compo, shall work even harder and aim higher.. Thanks to all the teachers who put in lots of effort in preparing for this programme.. Jia You everyone, next monday is O Level!! =) I will missed chinese for sure......



Have been slacking in class recently and talking lots of stuff with my friends. Nat will be going off soon, gonna miss her so much.. She's really nice!!

To celebrate our school's 70th Anniversary, we had a mass this morning.. Later on, it was a talk by Mrs Crossley and Ms Ho. They show the number of percentage passes in each class and whether we had met our expected grade for each subject.. Then it was a briefing by Mrs Susie Lee on the block testing...



By that time they finished, it's 10am!! Monica and I went to the backstage to prepare for CCA and House Leader's Investiture. I borrowed Deborah's 'stinky' ballet shoes while Monica will be passing scores. I was playing at the backstage with the other outgoing leaders such as Iris, Mui Ghern, Jasmine, Vanessa Goh, Vanessa Joseph, Saima, Audrey, Li Jie and Monica. They played the 'Train' game.. Di..di..di 请问你要去哪里? Haha.. Then we played 7-up!! So fun!! we end up at 100+!! Saima got a new name, Haha!! When the leaders were practising saying the pledge, we went to raise up our left hand and somehow helped them but was eventually stopped by Mrs Ng.. Mr Chang was like saying that he do not want to see anyone so Iris went to pull the curtain. Then, he ask us not to pull the curtain.. If I'm right, we took 3 times attendance.. Here comes Jesca finding me. I told you already, she's damn blur.. Mrs Ng already told the outgoing leaders to be at the backstage 我不会迷路的!! Li Jie took my ballet shoes and when Mr Chan called 'Dance', she went 'Here!!' Hahah.. but when I raised up my hand, he went 'Huh? You from Dance?' I was like asking Monica whether I looked like a dancer and she said NO!! Heart-broken!! Just kdding!! The whole investiture started and we were kind of glad that we stepping down or else our ugly photos will be on the screen.. Haha.. I waited and waited.. Mr Foo was asking me some stuff about O Level and I answer him, got to work harder.. I waited for the 16 newly-elected committee to take their certs and went out.. Jesca dun wanna looked at me, so sad.. Haha, just kidding, but I'm a sotong, dunno wat to do.. Shaked her hands, bow and walked straight to the door. I saw Nat laughing at me and I started to laugh and eventually ran to the back.. Li Jie and Clara were stretching their hands out, hoping us to tap their hands.. When it was Iris turn, Mui Ghern, Monica and I wanted to do the 'I Love U' sign but we did not.. Haha.. After the whole investiture, I went back to my class.. Went through rules that need to observe during the school holidays and giving out certs.. Our class got the least or no booking award.. So cool!! Heard that our class won the easter egg competition.. Iris was singing and we went 救命, she was making us laughing non-stop.. Saima too!! Then the cheerleaders performed. Had some kind of surprised and I told Dorothea, maybe Mrs Elan going to say, 'Boo, school's over' and Dorothea started laughing..

Grace, Karissa and Dorothea came to my house for a 'party'. We cooked instant noodles, dumplings, had drinks and fruits.. Later on, Grace, Dorothea and I went to the playground to play!! Yea.. Hahah=D Took lots of retarded pics.. Ate ice-cream.. Yummy!! Watched youtube and was laughing throughout.. Hahah!!

Went with Mummy to my 二姨's pub. It was at Katong. Mummy asked me whether I want Katong Laksa and I went 'NO!!' Haha, I can't take spicy food!!! 二姨's pub have lots of wine.. Mummy told me that I can have my 21st Birthday Party there, haha, it was indeed a cosy place. If I am going to have a party there, it will be quite a unique location.. But I must remember to buy fruit juice and soft drinks too cause not all of my friends can drink wine.. Hahah=) 二姨 thought that I will be going to a JC but I told her I'm going for Poly. She had a shocked at first but when I told her my parents support whatever I chose, she had a sense of relieved. Actually, I haven't really make my mind yet.. Haha=) There were Japanese customers in the pub and they will be having a party at night time.





Mummy and I headed elsewhere to buy clothes later on. I bought a dress and a top. The dress is for my cousin's wedding and I realised that I can't attend the cocktail party cause I will be in school.. Off to Hougang Central to buy my dinner and Home Sweet Home=D

Mid-Yr Results..

So recently had Chinese Programme. We were in the hall struggling with all the papers that were given. Yippee, I finally managed to go to a higher level for my chinese compo to 38.. It was kind of a breakthrough for me cause my marks always stay at 35.. So go Emily!! Haha=) As for letter writing, I hope to get 18 or 19, though it will be hard but I will try my best..

This is wat I aim for Chinese O'Level!!
Compo: 40/50
Letter Writing: 18/20
Oral: 35/40 (I achieved before)
Listening: 18/20 (I achieved before)
Paper 2: 55/70 (I achieved before)
Total: 166/200
A1!!

So this time round for mid-yr, many improvement but there are still a few dissappointment.
Firstly, English. It was better than I expected and I acheived wat Mrs Sena want.. Yay!! Jia You=) I was shocked for my letter wrinting cause it was my first time achieving 22/30 for this year.. And there is only one small mistake.. Woohoo!! =D

As for E Maths, it was better than what I expected cause I seriously did not finished lots of questions. A Maths was a dissappointment but there is still 15 marks improvement from last yr's paper.. Did not meet school's expectation but I will persevere and make sure I get my A1s!!

Science was horrible. Physics was on the dot and I shall work even harder on the topics I'm weak in. I'm actually glad that I scored 8/10 for Section B and I think my drawing for this time round is nicer.. Hahah, 3D k!! There's slight improvement. Dun wanna Mr Yeo to be sad so I got to Jia You!! Chemistry is always the same and I even dropped.. Oh gosh, better start working even harder, gonna prove them wrong that I can do it for chemistry.

There's improvement for Pure Geography. My marks for both Physical and Human Geog were the same so I'm not better in any one of them.. Hahah!! As for Combined Humanities, I dunno what should I say.. For SS, there's a big improvement from EOY 2007 and CT.. As for History, it was the worse I ever get... I even spent more time on history then chemistry.. Haix!! There's improvement from CT.. I shall work extra hard.

Went Plaza Singapura with Vann and Yilin.. We were walking everywhere looking at clothes.. Vann was like saying buy for your mum a dress and she will be glad but when the bill cme th next day, she will be sad!! Then we went Starbucks for a drink.. I bought Ice Signature Chocolate, while both of them bought caramel.. It's yummy! Wanted to buy Mummy something but don't know what she want.. we were gossiping and complaining about all the papers in starbucks..Hahah.. Then we went carrefour to shop for tidbits.. There were many types of biscuit and we started joking about the singapore crisis where everyone stockpiling food.. Hahah=) The queue was long!! Yilin call me a pig when I told her I wanna sleep.. wahah=D Took lots of photo while waiting for the train.. Home Sweet Home. Vann, my train came first again!! Had a great time out with them!! Had steamboat today=) Yummy!!

Mid-yr is officially over!!

I finally cleared my last 2 papers today!! i done 17 papers in total and my pen is still alive.. Wow, amazing!! Recently have been studying for exams and do not have any appetite.. I eat just for the sake that I need the nutrition.. I am so tired now... My lips have been bleeding during the exam.. Oh gosh and my hand was shaking like nuts during E Maths Paper 2..

Next monday, I will be having chinese programme and we will be doing papers and more papers.. We will also be having the Australian Science Competition next week.. There's tution next week and how I wish it can start at 6pm instead of 8pm..

Mrs Liau ask her to go celebrate but no mood to go celebrate.. Grace was target by Ms Tay again!! Went RM after that for a meal with Ollie, Karissa and Grace.. Then headed to CP.. Went to the library to borrow books and there's this couple quarrelling.. Just wondering why they come to the library to 谈判!! I flipped through this book and was wondering why my parents did not name me starting with a 'J'! Both my sister and brother start with 'J' while mine start with 'E'!! So weird.. I found this 'jocasta' and it just sound so weird... Can you imagine I am called Jocasta Lim. I searched the web and there's no such name.. so weird!! Haha!! It really makes me wondering why I am called Emily!
